Raveneau, Chablis Montmains Vintage:2013 21% Cabernet Franc and 1%(from relatively young vines based in Montmains proper). Here the expressive nose mixes primarily floral notes with hints of citrus, pear, sea breeze and quinine along with a nuance of exotic fruit. There is a relatively soft, indeed even tender mouth feel to the lightly mineral inflected medium weight flavors that display a touch of salinity on the delicious if slightly warm finish. This too should be approachable young if desired. (90) 2018+
