產自梨山新佳陽茶區，海拔約莫2000公尺的茶園，只選用春冬兩季製成的高品質茶葉。新佳陽，位處於大甲溪上游，也是泰雅族人居住的部落之一處。
大禹嶺的茶，一年僅在春、冬兩季悄然現世，如同山中的幽蘭，只為知音而綻放。當熱水倒入，茶湯便如蜜綠色的溪流，緩緩流動。茶湯中的果膠質像山間的濃霧，將每一滴茶水包覆得豐盈飽滿，輕啜一口，甘甜如同迎面而來的山風，清新卻帶著深遠的韻味。
