Castagna - Sparkling 'Allegro' Ancestrale 2018 Tequila Sunrise boasts rich fruit concentrationAllegro is a naturally sparkling wine made in accordance with the 'Ancestrale' method meaning, the wine goes through a single fermentation in a bottle to obtain alcohol and mousse. Attractive perfume of strawberry kissed with lemon and faint vanilla notes. The palate is creamy but with brisk acidity, and a lovely saline tang. It feels quite complex, a touch savoury, concentrated in flavour and bustling with fine bubbles. Very fine sparkling. View our
