Perrault Jadaud - 2023 Vouvray Sec 'Grives Soules' variety_Lambrusco a little further northThis 100% Chenin blanc is made from a small vineyard in the Loire Valley, Cecile and her husband are farming 4 hectares using biodynamic practises. It's all fermented in barrel. It's a serious elegant wine, a nice minerality, with purity and texture from the oak ferment and a great length. Typical Chenin blanc characteristics, green apples, honey, white flowers, creamy quince aromas and a touch of sweet spices. Wine with great minerality and texture
