SOLD Victorian Garnet Pendant Necklaces/Chains Diamond is conservatively 2ctw withVictorian era, foiled closed back garnet pendant in 18k gold with 15k gold chased bale. Lovely, deep red garnets in collet settings of rich 18K gold with a small locket compartment on reverse side with the sweetest, tiny wisp of hair. Approximately 65. 5mm x 47mm x 8. 3mm thick. Bale is 11mm in diameter. In antiquity, pendant had a brooch fitting as well and the remnants of which can be seen on the back (hinge and clasp fitting). Weight 15. 12 grams.
