Saison - Spring Rhubarb Vermouth Bourbon fluid not includedRhubarb! A sometimes forgotten hero of the vermouth world flavoursome in its own unique way but also acts as a beautiful colourant. A shimmery, homely kind of pink. Organic rhubarb, early spring magnolias, violets and lavender are blended into Moscato base wine. The vermouth is bittered using two species of Australian grown wormwood and aged on a little more roasted rhubarb along with a heap of fresh spring lilac flowers. Couldnt be a prettier drink.
