Benedicte & Stephane Tissot, Cotes du Jura Pinot Noir En Barberon Vintage:2020 lemon-limeThe 2020 En Barberon Pinot Noir is from clay soils and fermented with 100% full clusters in open wooden tanks and matured in well seasoned barriques for two years. There is some stemmy greenness that gives freshness and adds complexity with some spiciness. Tissot used a little bit of sulfur (minimal) here.
