Chacra, Pinot Noir Cincuenta y Cinco Size:12x750ml salt and acid tang withAged for seven months 55% in concrete tanks, 41% in used French oak barrels and 4% in amphorae. Perfumed nose, with that floral character allied to lovely depths of red fruit. A subtle and intertwined earthy character. Plenty of structure from the mouth watering acidity and fine, chalky tannins, which are taking the lead on the palate, for the time being at least. However, this is bound to relax a little with another year in bottle. (OC)
