The wine stayed on the skins for 20 days in temperaturecontrolled open oak vats. 100% malolactic fermentation. Wine is aged in oak barrels for 9 months. On the palate, Wild berries flavours (redcurrant) with acidulous notes and very refreshing on the finish.
