Lyons Will - 2023 Estate Gamay region_Catalunya using indigenous yeastsNose: Cranberry, cherry cola, mixed with cinnamon spice and small amounts of tobacco. Palate: Lifted red fruits, sour cherry are showcased on the delicate palate. Subtle chewy tannins give soft grip as the wines layers unfurl. There is a nice interaction between sweet, savoury and red fruit. Our sixth vintage from these vines. Handpicked on the 4th April 2022. 50% of the fruit underwent semi carbonic maceration (100% whole bunch). The remaining fruit
