which sounds extreme but bear in mind this is the cooler section of the plateau back towards the border with Castillon and these soils take longer to fully ripen their grapes

Theres a hint of sweet, melony fruit on the palate, and it has a balanced feel (but perhaps less austere) and a clean, rounded finish. Its a very pretty white to drink over the next 10 years. 250 cases were produced.
