About: This painting was started one sunny afternoon: painting in the backyard with a friend. It was completely improvised with no pre existing vision in mind. As it developed, I started to see some kind of owl like creature emerging from the purely abstract beginnings. Those 'eyes' became flowers and then some foliage felt
