No angle, no twist on the classic, just a flavourful tropical spiced Rum based on our fine barrels here in White Bay. We start by blending various Rums for the base, mainly ex wine casks (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bordeaux, Sherry) with some ex Whiskey casks. We then blend this base Rum with our delicious Coconut Rum at around 4 1 ratio. This final blend then undergoes a gentle maceration of tasty
