This medicine man necklace is comprised of Kingman turquoise nuggets separated with large beautiful heishi that also complete the necklace with more of these heishi. Each of the attached double strand Royston turquoise disc jacla have four large white rough shell at the base. Quite an exceptional piece! . The length of the necklace measures around 40".
