Daniele Piccinin - 2022 Kalipé Beer made it over 100 yearsBolder than usual, shaped by a slightly warmer vintage. Sourced from a 600 metre high vineyard planted from a French massale selection. Fermentation took place on the skins for the entire duration of the alcoholic process, with no punching down, only gentle pump overs.
