Meiji Period Japanese Indigo Framed Boro Kimono (25) Pendant Lights waxing and polishingThis beautiful Kimono as been created through the process of Boro, where fabric is saved, mended and then remade into different fabrics and pieces. The fabric is a lovely range of deeps blue and purple cotton. It has been professionally mounted onto a frame, creating it into a stunning piece of artistry. The kimono can be removed from the frame and neither the frame nor the Kimono will be damaged. We have aged this boro at approximately late 19th
