Tarlant, Tradition Brut Brut Zero with smoked meat and aVery tight bead. Lots of age and perhaps a bit of oak on the nose. Good undertow of ripe fruit but very lacy and refreshing up top. Very satisfying, and ready. But of course I don't know whether this is the cuve everywhere else at the moment.
