Fuel Quantity, Bomb Bay Tanks, DJ-20 Curtiss an early navigational aid usedHere is a WWII era or post war era Bomb Bay Fuel Quantity indicator, GE Type DJ 20, model 8DJ20AFM, stock number R88 I 2065 727. This indicator shows the fuel remaining in each of four auxilliary fuel tanks located in the bomb bay of the aircraft: Forward Left and Right Hand, and Aft Left and Right Hand tanks. Each tank has a capacity of 250 US gallons, totaling 1000 gallons in all. Bomb bay fuel tanks were typically installed in the bomb bay for
