The oil is made at a family mill where they stone grind whole fresh organic lemons along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed, grass green elixir that elevates our 70% dark chocolate to another level of deliciousness. The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of
