Very aromatic bouquet of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry. Lively, fresh, and fruity on the palate, with good persistence. Food pairing suggestion Perfect with spicy dishes such as lamb tagine or prawn curry. Also great as a pre dinner drink served with seafood. Best enjoyed cold.
