VINTAGE 1940s ART DECO GOLD SWIVEL TILT PICTURE FRAME jacket for skirt The yellow tag on theThis is a beautiful 1940s Art Deco swivel tilt picture frame in gold. I have had this frame passed down from my mother who originally owned it. She purchased the frame in the '40s which makes the frame that she loved with the family photos decades old. Color photos were not that common in this era but slowly they became more so later on in life. (Photo is NOT included with the frame.) There is a beautiful floral design with flowers and leaves on top
