Genetically identical to Trebbiano, but in reality a less productive and higher quality biotype, especially in terms of aroma. This wine comes from a vineyard that is about sixty years old, located on volcanic tuff soil in Pitigliano. Fermented for two weeks with the skins in cement, the wine
