Er wird berwiegend aus Muscat dAlexandrie mit einem kleinen Anteil Syrah erzeugt eine ungewhnliche, aber uerst spannende Kombination. Die Muscat Trauben werden per Maceration carbonique vergoren und liegen rund vier Wochen auf den Schalen, whrend der Syrah direkt abgepresst
