The large centerpiece has beautifully polished sides and a closely polished edge. There is a minor flaw on the edge, but otherwise it is in perfect condition. Lalaing was originally manufactured in Val Saint Lambert, Belgium, but was manufactured for a short period of time at Holmegaard Glassworks. The two glassworks entered into the first import agreement in 1871 for 34 glass services,
