Low Layer Chef's Knife cutlery Materials: Premium Vegetable-Tanned Leather Size:This Chefs knife was made from forge welding layers of 15N20 and 1095 high carbon steel. The finished billet was then hand forged into shape. After refining the geometry, the blade was sanded and etched multiple times to reveal a unique, random pattern.
