Caol Ila is a brilliant example of great Islay single malt. A still house with an incredible view over the Sound of Islay which of course is where Caol Ila takes its name. The casks are characterised by the elegant, burnt lemon and clean smoky qualities of Caol Ila. These casks are refill hogsheads; allowing the distillery style to
