Quinta do Infantado Palhete "Junior" 2021 Sotol In the Bairrada region we"Palhete" is Portuguese for the British term "claret", historically applied to the very pale, not quite red wines of Bordeaux wines in earlier centuries; it indicates a blend just like this, of a light, fresh, chillable wine of mainly red but including white varieties. Joyfully fresh.
