Si Vintners, Ada Chardonnay 2018 Somontano A wine full of deliciousThe Ada takes the classic power of Margaret River Chardonnay and winds it into a tighter frame. A surprisingly intense yet light Chardonnay with lively acidity balancing out a fruit notes, finishing with a gentle nuttiness on the palate (from the oak). Good length and finesse. Not too unlike Chablis. Which can only be a good thing, and it breezes in at a non vast 12. 5%.
