The flavour profile is best described as a mix of savoury and sweet: nuttiness and corn alongside chocolate. Its undergone a wild fermentation followed by a double distillation in wood fired, copper stills. Nose: Inviting yet rich, with sweetcorn, asparagus and cooked agave alongside orange peel
