The puzzle design by Jef Bambas consists entirely of interlocking pieces comprised of linked together octagons (see images below for example pieces). This puzzle is harder than our average puzzle because you can put pieces in wrong, and it has an irregular edge that arises naturally from the piece shapes, so you can't sort out the edge pieces.
