Selected Hillside Scarlet Vine Cabernet Sauvignon Chile, 2017 Size:750ml Christian KrogstadScarlet Vine fruit commands first class treatment in the winery, so we lavish it with all it deserves: hand picked, five plus days on the skins before fermentation and ten days after for rich texture and extraction, followed by ten months perfecting in French oak barrels. The wine is powerful and volup tuous with classic flavors of black cherry and raspberry, subtle hints of mint, herbs and vanilla oak. The finish is long and alluring.
