It was originally announced as a Record Store Day "Black Friday" exclusive. However, before Black Friday, the other members of the band threatened Manifesto's distributors with legal action if the distributors shipped the records, and the release was suppressed. The matter is currently the subject of litigation. They were all withdrawn from sale and are quite scarce
