Inspired by the literal "lift off" of rocket launches, these pieces imagine surfboards catching an invisible draft and soaring from the waters edge. The centerpiece of each work is a surfboard adorned with my vibrant floral photomontages, bringing a playful, high energy vibe to the scene.
