Released as part of the Single Malts of Scotland, Marriage of Casks series by Elixir Distilleries. Nose: Warm apple pie, dusted in icing sugar and cinnamon. Palate: Oily and viscous with apples and conference pears coming to the front. Dry spices and buttery pastry follow. Finish: More spices balanced by the floral notes of earl grey tea.
