Nose: Having rested for around 31 years in the cask we find it's smooth and robust aromas of tropical fruits, some mellow oak and soft spices, some creamy coconut and honey, a little waxiness flows and binds the aromas together perfectly. Palate: The vanilla and honey notes we expect from a good scotch of this great age are on the front of the palate, with hints of
