Ngunit nang hindi umuwi ang kanilang tatay na manggagawa, naging malamlam na rin ang kanilang tahanan. Paano kaya babangon ang pamilya ni Laya upang muling mahanap ang ilaw ng pag asa? It was 1981 when 9 year old Laya intended to learn the dance Pandanggo Oasiwas from her older sister, Ate Kala.
