With that being said, I decided to be a "Rebel" and formulate this beautiful metallic shade of purple. Being that purple is the color of royalty I decided that "Royal Rebel" would be a fitting name for this shade. You will fall in love and so will the royal family It can be used as a one coat polish, but as always I encourage 2 coats.
