The journey starts with Old Kempton Distillery Spirit ageing in 20L Tawny Casks then advanced in 300L Premium French Cognac Casks and 300L Australian Brandy Casks. This Single Malt provides notes of crme brle and wood smoke progressing into lingering notes of cinnamon and quince paste.
