Macallans rare lightly peated whisky was matured in a small batch of hand selected ex sherry casks, before being bottled in a hand made Lalique crystal decanter. Aromas of Morello cherry, demerara sugar, resin, leather and milk chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of liquorice, Lapsang, creme brulee and dried fruit throughout the palate.
