Lovely deep blue colour with patterning in yellow, dark pink and grey houses, trees and boulevards with cafe seating. V neck with bow to the front and short sleeve. Fitred waistband and full skirt sewn i gathers. Side metal zipper to fasten. No labels, most likely handmade. Fabric feels like a soft rayon or viscose. Very soft and light.
