Sanchez Ayala, Manzanilla Gabriela NV Roussanne It is made in SardiniaA venerable Sherry house in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Sanchez Ayala was founded in 1789. More recently the bodega was bought in the 1980s and now bottles its own production making it a real "growers Sherry". Gabriela is aged for around 6 years and has soft, fruity flavours with the classic yeasty aromas and a typically saline hit on the finish.
