This 7 year old was matured in refill ex bourbon Hogshead and bottled on 06 02 2023 at 57. 1%. This peated release is limited to only 353 bottles. Tasting Note: Nose: Fresh and wild, with a distinct woodsmoke and exotic fruits lychees and under ripe melon. Palate: Crisp and poised, with fruit stack ice lolly and an ever present wood smoke peatiness. Some herbal notes fresh mint
