The Aisling Tale Of The Oak Whisky 700ml (ABV 47%) pandan Liqueur apples & pears and aTale of the Oak is the 2nd Edition to the Royalty Edition. Casks were laid down from November 2016. It has been aged in 3 x 225 litre, uncharred casks. In 1998 they had Semillon Botrytis aging for a few years and then were finished with Tawny for 10 years. Consists of Cask Number 63,64 & 65. Decanted in April 2021 at 47% Alc it is a numbered release. With an initial limited release of 400 bottles. Nose Bold spirit style against the signature lemon,
