Nose: Some summer sweet fruits, caramel and honey, soft baked sponge cake, vanilla and subtle spices. Palate: Smooth and very rich with some gentle hints of spiced apple, whipped fudge and some milk chocolate, light fruits and hints of liquorice leading to a more spice and sweet peppery finish.
