Staoisha 10 Year Old 2013 Stiubhart 55.9% 70cl Clan Colla Sherry Cask matured in OlorosoThe Stibhart Single Cask Selection (the Gaelic spelling of Stewart pronounced roughly the same way) is a hand selected range of single malt Scotch. They're all drawn from single casks and bottle at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration. This peated Bunnahabhain (bottled under the name Staoisha) was matured in a first fill bourbon cask. Nose: Sweet wood smoke with hints of marshmallow. Palate: Poached pears and candied almonds.
