Fosforo Tobala Joven Mezcal 750ml (ABV 45%) Georgian vodka Palate - Initial spicinessThis joven mezcal is un aged and crystal clear. Roasted for 5 8 days in underground pits before a ten day to two week fermentation. Double distilled. Nose Pronounced aromas of ripe fruit, bell pepper, honey, wet stone and smouldering campfire. Palate Lively with rounded notes of cooked agave, caramelized pineapple and fresh herbs that give way to a subtle smoky smooth finish and a full mouth feel.
