"Les Dieux Amies" by Mily Possoz, Portuguese - French, (1888-1967) Drawing Some time stainingDrypoint in color, ca. 1940?, ed. 24 55, 8 1 4 x6 1 2, published by Marcel Guiot, Paris, with his blind stamp bottom margin, mat line from previous mount, two small cloth hinge remnants to top corners recto, signed, titled & numbered in pencil, on thick cream wove paper, the colors vibrant. After study at the Academie Julian and elsewhere, Possoz worked in Paris through most of the 1930's, developing a close friendship with Robert and Sonia Delunay.
