Timboon Smoky 1881 Australian Single Malt Whisky 500ml (ABV 47%) pu_jan26 cinnamon and nutmegThis whisky has been aged in 200 litre American oak, ex tawny port barrels, with a smidge of Scottish Peat added to give the barley a smoky profile. Nose Tawny cask florals, apricot & maybe fruit cake aromas. Palate Savoury, slightly salty & earthy tones. Finish Classic, slightly Scottish heritage finish of wispy, smoke & spice.
