The single cask expression was matured in both ex bourbon and ex sherry casks and then it was bottled last year at a lively 59. 6% ABV. Its a gorgeous malt thats expressive and full of unctuous fruit notes. Tasting note: Nose: Full of festive fruits! Theres orange peel, raisin, cloves, dried apricot and
