High-Carbon Veggie Cleaver / Maple cutlery Height: 38mmThin, light and quick, this 280mm cleaver is made from 1095 steel . The blade is hand saned to a soft satin finish. The handle is made from Maple Burl, layerd copper and composit and copper pins. Need a sheath? I can custom make one for this knife and you can find that here.
